Laminators

Graphic Products offers a wide selection of popular Banner American, and Xyron laminators. Hot film laminators apply lamination at 185 – 300 F. Cold film laminators, which use pressure-sensitive adhesives, are a good choice for laminating heat-sensitive paper or paper with inks that can melt when heated.

Banner American Hot Film Laminators

• Easy-Lam Green Roll Laminator is an environmentally friendly choice for laminating documents, signs and posters. It delivers energy savings of 50 percent, shutting down after 60 minutes of inactivity.

• Easy-Lam Roll Laminator does an excellent job of laminating signs, displays and large or small documents. Laminate documents 27 inches wide at up to 4.5 feet per minute.

• Easy-Lam II Roll Laminator is an excellent choice for laminating documents, signs and posters. A drop-down bottom idler allows easy loading. Laminate documents 27 inches wide at up to 5.5 feet per minute.

• PL12A Pouch Laminator protects everything from business cards and drivers’ licenses to posters, with lamination up to 10 mil thick.

• PL135 Pouch Laminator features 13½-inch feed and exit porches that accommodate pouches up to 12” x 18”. PL135-4 Pouch Laminator saves time by using four rollers and separate heat/on/run switches. Have your laminator ready before the rollers engage. Laminate everything from ID cards to posters.

Xyron Cold Film Laminators

Graphic Products offers laminating films and pouches for a wide variety of applications and budgets:

• High-Gloss Films enhance color and contrast, resist fading and curling. Strong edge seals prevent damage caused by abrasion and exposure. Effective lamination for displays, signs and photos.

• Matte Films have a frosted, granular texture to reduce glare and improve readability. Excellent choice for maps, manuals, outdoor displays.

• Satin Films operate at low temperatures so they run faster. They produce ultra-clear finishes, shield items from bright, direct light. Protect signs, small-print documents and graphic arts materials.

• High-Value Films bond effectively to documents, posters and handouts. Provide strong, economical protection.

• Premium Films offer precision construction and flawless edge seals to prevent wrinkling; adhere to porous materials. Protect posters, valuable documents, signs and displays.

A film’s thickness often determines the applications it’s best suited for. Laminating films come in a variety of thicknesses:

• 1.5-Mil – This flexible, economical film has an aggressive adhesive for bonding to printed documents and porous papers. Bonds at 260 F.

• 3-Mil – Bonds effectively to paper and other substrates. Protects documents, educational materials and posters. Bonds at 260 F.

• 5-Mil – This versatile film protects posters, signs and displays from damage caused by abrasion and exposure. Bonds at 250 – 260 F.

• 10-Mil – This heavy-duty laminate extends the life of posters, signs and displays. Protects items subjected to frequent handling and abuse. Bonds at 250 F.

• Dual-sided – Protects signs, posters and documents up to 24 inches wide. Cut to the edge or completely through without fear of separating.

Graphic Products offers laminating pouches that protect documents, signs, photos, file cards and driver’s licenses in sizes from 2⅛” x 3⅜” to 15” x 18”.

Brother Lamination Supplies

Graphic Products offers supplies specific to Brother laminators:

• LC-D9 Double-Sided Laminating Cartridges laminate one side of a document while applying adhesive to the other. Create ready-to-apply signs, manuals and ID badges up to 8.5 inches wide in a single pass. Use with Brother LX-900 Laminator.

• LC-D12 Double-Sided Laminating Cartridges protect everything from warning signs to store displays up to 12 inches wide. Laminate one side of a document while applying adhesive to the other. Use with Brother LX-1200 Laminator.

Xyron Supplies

Graphic Products offers supplies specific to Xyron laminators:

• 1200 Two-Sided Lamination adds durability to signs, certificates and artwork. No heat, electricity or batteries required. Drop-in cartridges let you laminate without delay. Use with Xyron XRN1200 Laminator.

• 1255 High-Tack Adhesive Lamination is an extremely aggressive adhesive that instantly creates a permanent bond on most surfaces. Sets instantly and does not peel. Works well on artwork, signs and displays. Use with Xyron XM1255 Laminator.

• 1255 Standard Adhesive Lamination is a moderately aggressive adhesive that creates a permanent bond on most surfaces. Can touch a surface, be quickly peeled back and replaced. Good choice for signs and instructional materials. Use with Xyron XM1255 Laminator.

• 2500 Standard Adhesive Lamination is a moderately aggressive adhesive that instantly creates a permanent bond on most surfaces. Can touch a surface, be quickly peeled back and replaced. One side is laminate, the other is high-tack adhesive. Great for signs and displays. Use with Xyron XM2500 Laminator.

• 2500 Direct Thermal Lamination is a high-gloss film that can be used on sensitive thermal print materials. Works well for protecting industrial signs, manuals and graphic displays. Use with Xyron XM2500 Laminator.

• 2500 Standard-Use Lamination is a high-gloss film that works with many substrates. Has outstanding adhesion and works well with documents, photographs and handouts. Use with Xyron XM2500 Laminator.

• 2500 Two-Sided Thin Lamination is a high-gloss film for laminating signage, illustrated manuals, displays and documents up to 25 inches wide. Thinner than standard laminates; works with many substrates. Use with Xyron XM2500 Laminator.

• 4400 Two-Sided Standard Lamination is a high-gloss film that can laminate smooth and porous signage, illustrated documents and graphic displays. Excellent adhesion; compatible with most media. Use with Xyron XM4400 Laminator.
